I tried a million different diets and would do well with them for about 2-4 weeks, but then would gain the weight back. I loved being a mom, but man I just wanted to feel confident and look HOT again! 😆🔥 Little did I know that in only 3 months, I'd be down to my honeymoon weight - 25 lbs lost (and still going)!!!

Exactly 2 years ago today, my wife took this photo on the left. We were finally ready to take back our health and get serious about breaking the cycle! My wife, Janet, lost 87 pounds and I lost 25 pounds!
